On this basis, Chen Peng suggested that Ningbo actively cultivate and supplement the industrial chain
Chen Peng suggested that Ningbo implement "dual-carbon" technological innovation and "replacing the leaderboard" to break through key core and common technologies; guide and support enterprises and institutions to preside over or participate in the formulation of industry standards; rely on the Zhejiang Regional Center of Ningbo National New Materials Testing and Evaluation Platform to strengthen cooperation with enterprises.
