On October 11, Meirui New Materials announced that on October 9, Meirui New Materials Co.

According to the agreement of intent, Meirui New Materials will purchase the raw materials required for the cooperation project from Hebi Coal Chemical Industry Co.

According to the announcement, after years of independent technology development, Meirui New Materials has the synthesis technology of PBS products

Meirui New Materials said that based on its optimism about the long-term development of the biodegradable material industry, and also based on the company's mastery of the relatively mature production technology of PBS products and the raw material industry advantages of Hebi Coal Chemical Industry, the PBS project cooperation has a policy basis, market basis, and technology basis.

On October 8, Hebi Coal Chemical Company of Henan Energy and Chemical Group and Meirui New Materials Co.

The project is operated by Meirui Technology (Henan) Co.
