On February 25, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries announced that the mass production plan of Japan's first jetliner "MRJ (Mitsubishi Regional Jet)" is expected to be reduced
.
In 2020, the company will produce 10 machines per month and produce products with a monthly production system
.
If MRJ deliveries are delayed, Japanese aerospace parts manufacturers will also be hit

Mitsubishi Aviation Aircraft (located in Toyoyama-cho, Aichi Prefecture), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, communicated the incident
to major parts manufacturers in Japan and overseas.
The production plan so far is expected to be two machines per month by the end of 2017 and three to four machines per month by the end of 2018, expanding the production base little by little
.
However, by mid-2018, the start of deliveries will be delayed by two years, and by mid-2020, mass production will be delayed
accordingly.
