Sinopec News Network reported on October 21, the technical staff of the first electrical workshop of Maoming Petrochemical Thermal Power Division cooperated with the technical staff of the project construction unit to successfully complete the series of operations for the power receiving of the heavy aromatics substation, the substation 6 kV bus and 380 The volt bus is successfully energized

The heavy aromatics substation is a supporting substation for Maoming Petrochemical’s 500,000 tons/year heavy aromatics lightweight project.

The Thermoelectric Division arranged for quality tracking and "three inspections and four determinations" to conduct quality tracking and "three inspections and four determinations" in the thermoelectric branch.

Before receiving power, the Thermal Power Division strictly reviews the power receiving plan, organizes the construction unit and the supervision company to jointly inspect and confirm the primary and secondary equipment of the substation, conduct emergency response deductions, and formulate and implement the substation after receiving power.

The substation has a total of 24 6kV high-voltage switch cabinets, 170 380V low-voltage circuits, and the two sections of 6kV power supply come from Maoyou 110kV South Station

After the substation is successfully energized, it will provide reliable power guarantee for the test operation and commissioning of the pumps of the heavy aromatics light-weight device
