On November 4, the ethylene glycol workshop of Maoming Petrochemical Chemical Branch put into use high-quality membrane recovery system components in advance, increasing the amount of ethylene recovered by 1t/day and saving 120,000 yuan/month

During the gas-phase reaction of ethylene to synthesize ethylene oxide, the unreacted ethylene is sent to the reaction feed system through the circulating compressor to further participate in the reaction

However, in the past two years, due to the factors of the previous production equipment, in order to balance the circulating gas pressure, the ethylene recovery unit has been running at high load, resulting in poor ethylene recovery effect
