Lubrizol Engineered Polymers has developed several new halogen-free ESTANE® ZHF thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) products with low toxicity, low smoke, and low gas conductivity to provide cable manufacturers with a broader range of high-performance solutio.
The design versatility of ESTANE® ZHF polymers expands the application range of these new grades, including for the production of thinner or colored cabl.
These new ESTANE® ZHF TPU products include:
ESTANE® ZHF 90AT8 NAT 02: Ideal for robotics and communication cabl.
ESTANE® ZHF 58202 NAT 02: Its advantages are easy processing, low gas conductivity and excellent flame retardant properti.
ESTANE® ZHF 58370 NAT 01: Very easy to process, extremely low gas conductivity, complies with IEC 62893 and EN 50620 standards for electric vehicle (EV) charging cabl.
ESTANE® ZHF 58211 NAT 01: Combines excellent high temperature resistance, ease of processing and excellent flame retardant properti.
ESTANE® ZHF 85AT8 MATT: With a matt surface, it combines good flame retardant properties with easy processi.
