In order to better promote the spirit of craftsmanship and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to learn technology, study business, and become talents based on their positions, according to the unified arrangement of the group company, from September 17th to 18th, Luthai Chemical organized the 2020 Employee Vocational Skills Competition.
??? ?According to the characteristics of the chemical industry, combined with the actual production and operation of the company, this competition has a total of 8 competitions, namely, maintenance electrician, forklift worker, electric welder, chemical maintenance fitter, chemical control worker, chemical inspector, and chemical industry.
Instrument maintenance workers and emergency rescue.
Among them, three projects including maintenance electrician, electric welder, and chemical instrument maintenance worker competed as the municipal state-owned system "I am the champion" skill contest.
?? Different from previous skill competitions, this competition has added an "emergency rescue" event, with two groups of professional and employee groups, and organized emergency rescue team members and the company's front-line employees on emergency rescue related theoretical knowledge, air Wearing respirators, wearing chemical protective suits, and comprehensive physical fitness will compete horizontally to further improve the safety of employees at work.
?? In order to ensure that the professional skills of all employees are tested and exercised, the competition is divided into two stages, the preliminaries and the finals, through the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation assessment, and is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the "National Vocational Skills Standard" for senior workers.
The preliminaries kicked off in late August on the basis of business training and on-the-job training in various workshops and departments.
All employees actively signed up, and the participation rate of corresponding types of work reached more than 95%.
After nearly two weeks of skill competition and selection, a total of 150 employees successfully advanced to the final stage of various projects.
?? On the theoretical knowledge test site, the contestants calmly and carefully answered the questions.
At the skill operation site, contestants are meticulous and meticulously operating, exhibiting outstanding professional skills.
As of 17:00 on September 18th, 7 of 8 competition projects have been successfully completed.
The finals of chemical engineering control workers will be passed in late October after the optimization and upgrade of the "3D simulation training operating system" and "comprehensive examination platform ESRS" in the electronic classroom The whole process is carried out by way of microcomputer operation.
During the competition, members of the competition team of the group company came to the scene to supervise and guide, and put forward specific guidance on further improving the standard and quality of the skill competition in terms of work details.
