Liaoning released the "14th Five-Year Plan" hydrogen energy development plan

Recently, Liaoning officially released the "Liaoning Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Plan (2021-2025)", aiming to build the hydrogen energy industry into a top and world-class hydrogen energy industry R&D and innovation base in China, a leading fuel cell engine production and manufacturing base in China, an important hydrogen energy production, storage and transportation base in Northeast Asia and a pilot area
for domestic hydrogen energy industry demonstration and application.
By 2025, the hydrogen energy industry in the province will achieve an output value of 60 billion yuan, and cultivate about 10 well-known enterprises
with core competitiveness and influence.

The "Plan" proposes that the development layout of Liaoning's hydrogen energy industry will be based on the existing hydrogen energy industry development foundation in the province, with the principle of "reasonable agglomeration, industrial coordination, government-enterprise linkage, and mutual support" as the spatial layout and optimization, and strive to build a hydrogen energy industry spatial development pattern
of "one core, one city, and five districts" 。 One core is the core area of Dalian hydrogen energy industry, one city is the Shenfu Demonstration Zone Hydrogen Energy Industry New City, and the five districts are Anshan fuel cell key materials industry cluster, Chaoyang fuel cell commercial vehicle industry cluster, Fuxin fuel cell power system and supporting industry cluster, Huludao low-pressure alloy hydrogen storage equipment and materials industry cluster area and Panjin hydrogen storage and transportation equipment industry cluster

To this end, Liaoning has formulated the development goal of hydrogen energy industry, and in the near future (2021~2025), it will focus on the development of fuel cell ships, rail transit, unmanned aerial vehicles, and distributed energy industries, and initially form a development pattern
of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain.
In the long term (2026~2035), a complete hydrogen energy industry system will be formed, equipment manufacturing will move towards the high-end, there are more than 50 internationally and domestically renowned leading enterprises in the field of hydrogen energy industry in the province, the production capacity of fuel cell engines with independent intellectual property rights and core technologies will reach 300,000 units, and the output value of hydrogen energy industry will exceed 500 billion yuan
