Recently, LG Energy Solutions (LGES), a battery subsidiary of LG Chem, announced its mid- to long-term corporate development strateg.

LGES said it will more than triple its sales over five years by expanding joint ventures with North American OEMs and expanding the supply of cylindrical batterie.

In addition, in terms of premium pouch cells, LGES said it will maintain its product competitiveness by applying single crystal nickel, cobalt, manganese and aluminum cathodes and silicon anode.
