After more than 30 hours of product switching and process adjustment, on August 5, Lanzhou Petrochemical Yulin Chemical Company's 400,000-ton/year high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plant produced qualified new HDPE 4731.

4731B product has high viscosity change characteristics, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, good rigidity and heat resistance, and is mainly used in the production of floor heating pipe.

To this end, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company dispatched a team of technical experts to study the production formula with the Daqing Research Center and device technicians, and carefully formulated the 4731B trial production plan and conversion pla.
