    According to the agreement, the new material project has a total investment of 6 billion yuan, which will be constructed in two phases and will be completed within 5 years.
    The first phase will invest 4 billion yuan to build an annual output of 600,000 tons, including a new high-transparent ABS material with an annual output of 100,000 tons .
    The second phase plans to invest another 2 billion yuan to build an annual output of 500,000 tons.
