On October 27, Henan Junheng Industrial Group Biotechnology Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as Junheng Biotechnology) held the maiden voyage ceremony of 10,000 tons of low-condensation second-generation biodiesel (HVO) products in Rizhao Port, Shandong
.
It is understood that once the low-condensation HVO products were introduced to Europe, they were favored by the market, and customers in Germany, France, Finland, the Netherlands and other European countries have expressed their intention
to trade cooperation.
The maiden voyage of 10,000 tons of low-condensing HVO products in Europe was directly delivered to Europe through cooperative customer Trafigura Group of the Netherlands, with the first order worth 23 million US dollars
.
Based on the existing production capacity of 15,000 tons per month and 180,000 tons per year, Junheng Biotech can achieve an annual foreign exchange income
of 414 million US dollars.
In the fourth quarter of this year, the company will also deliver more than 30,000 tons of products to Trafigura, and is expected to generate foreign exchange revenue of more than 50 million US dollars
.
Zhang Zhenhui, deputy general manager of Junheng Biotechnology, introduced that in July 2021, Junheng Biotechnology produced low-condensation HVO
that meets the requirements of various indicators of green renewable high-quality fuel in Europe and the Americas.
Compared with a generation of biodiesel, the product has advantages in low temperature fluidity, oxidation stability, calorific value, miscibility with fossil fuels and carbon emission reduction, and the added value can be increased by 2~3 times
compared with similar products.
At present, Junheng Biologics has signed a production order of 30,000 tons with Shell, Glencore and Trafigura, and is negotiating cooperation
with Mobil, Bibi, PetroChina and other Fortune 500 companies.
