On the afternoon of December 27 , the 2020 Yangtze River Delta Region (Su-Zhejiang) Hazardous Chemicals Road Transportation Accident Handling and Aviation Emergency Rescue Joint Exercise was held in Wujiang District, Suzhou, marking the start of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces' implementation of the Yangtze River Delta regional emergency coordination mechanism Substantial progress has been made.
On the afternoon of December 27 , the 2020 Yangtze River Delta Region (Su-Zhejiang) Hazardous Chemicals Road Transportation Accident Handling and Aviation Emergency Rescue Joint Exercise was held in Wujiang District, Suzhou, marking the start of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces' implementation of the Yangtze River Delta regional emergency coordination mechanism Substantial progress has been made.
This exercise was co-sponsored by the emergency management departments of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and was conducted in a simulated comprehensive actual combat exercise.
Under the guidance and coordination of the emergency management departments of the two provinces, Suzhou Emergency Management Bureau and Jiaxing Emergency Management Bureau led Wujiang, Tongxiang, Fenhu emergency departments and related units to quickly initiate emergency response, and immediately carried out on-site disposal and aviation emergency rescue work.
This exercise is a useful attempt to strengthen the construction of coordinated response and reinforcement dispatch mechanism in the inter-provincial border region of the Yangtze River Delta.
It initially embodies the comprehensive coordination advantages of the Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation and the professional advantages of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in emergency rescue.
The ability of emergency departments at all levels in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces to respond to cross-border security incidents in the triangle demonstration zone.
