Jiujiang Petrochemical CFB boiler set a long-term operation record

As of October 28, the No.
1 CFB boiler of Jiujiang Petrochemical Power Operation Department operated safely for 302 consecutive days, setting a new record
for the longest continuous operation time of the CFB unit since it started operation.

The CFB plant, the most important key device of Jiujiang Petrochemical's thermoelectric system, started construction in 2011 and put into operation
in July 2013.
The continuous operation cycle of fluidized bed boilers is an important index to evaluate the economic efficiency of
thermal power units.

To this end, the company has always regarded the safe, smooth and efficient operation of boilers as the focus of
research.
On the one hand, fine operation, pay close attention to changes in key parameters, improve the quality of monitoring and inspection, and strengthen the training of skilled personnel; On the one hand, strengthen management, do a good job in daily monitoring and maintenance of equipment, carry out preventive maintenance of key equipment, prepare emergency plans, organize emergency drills, and establish abnormal working condition analysis reports

On this basis, the company also actively found the constraints of the stable operation of the boiler, continued to carry out technical research, and applied new technologies such as anti-wear beams, wear-resistant castings, metal hot melt compresses in the dense phase zone of the furnace, new defoamers and so on.

Multiple measures have been taken to improve the technical bottlenecks and problems such as easy wear of the heating surface of the boiler, coal and petroleum coke blending, and bag dust removal, and laid a solid foundation
for the long-term stable operation of the CFB device.

Since then, the safe and smooth operation cycle of CFB boilers has been continuously improved, from 260 days to 280 days.
