Jitai plans to build silicone oil and sealant projects

released a plan for the non-public offering of A-shares in 2022, with a total amount of funds to be raised not exceeding 280 million yuan, which will be used for 20,000 tons/year vinyl silicone oil, 20,000 tons/year new energy sealant, and 02,000 tons/year core additives construction projects
after deducting issuance expenses.

Among them, vinyl silicone oil and new energy sealant are mature products
of the company's electronic glue.
Vinyl silicone oil is the basic raw material for thermal conductive gels and electronic potting adhesive and other products, in addition to meeting the production of its own electronic glue products in the fundraising and investment project, it is used for external sales
.
New energy sealants specifically include electronic silicone rubber, thermal conductive gel and electronic potting glue, which are mainly used in new energy fields such as new energy vehicles and photovoltaics, as well as other emerging fields
such as LED drive power supply.
In addition, the core additives are mainly used in the production of
the company's own construction silicone sealants.

It is understood that on August 28, the groundbreaking ceremony of Anqing New Material Industrial Base of Jitai Co.
, Ltd.
was held
in Anqing High-tech Zone, Anhui Province.
The base project covers an area of about 1,000 mu, is constructed in three phases, with an initial investment of no less than 2 billion yuan and an annual output value of about 5 billion yuan

Among them, the first phase of the construction project is this fundraising and investment project, which is expected to be trial-produced
before the end of May 2024.
After the project reaches full production, the average output value per mu is not less than 5 million yuan
