A few days ago, Jinsha Hydropower Station Unit 4, a major national construction project participated by the Seventh Bureau of Power Construction of China, was officially connected to the grid for power generation.

As a landmark project of clean energy, the Jinsha Hydropower Station is an important part of the upper Yangtze River economic belt and one of the 30 key projects for the development of the western region of the country.

Like the previous three units, Unit 4 is a 140 MW axial-flow paddle turbine generator unit with a runner diameter of 10.

It is understood that the 4 units of Jinsha Hydropower Station are fully put into operation for power generation.
