Sinopec News Network News On May 11, Jinling Petrochemical held a mentor-apprentice agreement signing ceremony, 46 pairs of mentor-apprentice pairs to carry out a new phase of "mentor system" talent training.

The company pays attention to the training of young technical and technical talents.

This year, the company selected 11 units and 46 qualified technical and technical personnel, hired 24 company-level experts, group company skill masters, and chief technicians as mentors, and implemented a one-year mentor and apprenticeship, with majors involving technology and equipment.
