This year, the factory has further consolidated its quality management system.
Uniform retention of sample identification management
At 9:00 on May 21st, Wang Dumei, a senior technician of the factory's quality inspection center, posted the label on the sample bottle and confirmed the variety, tank number, sampler, and sampling date.
In the past, sub-sample bottles of the same variety only had type identification, but no identification such as tank number.
At the same time, the factory strengthened the appearance and hygiene management of the retained sample bottles.
Clear identification of on-site sampling equipment
"The control valve identification is correct, and the valve position is fully closed.
This year, the factory incorporated the on-site pipeline and facility identification into the important content of quality management, strengthened inspections, and rectified and improved.
They posted eye-catching thermal paper signs on the pipeline to prevent misoperation; set up signs near the pipe gallery to observe the pipeline at a glance; in terms of special aviation fuel, they added a simple water cutting system and filter element replacement signs, and post personnel regularly cut the signs.
Improve analysis and measurement identification
At about 9:00 on May 20th, Liang Ping, a senior technician from the quality inspection center of the factory, verified the chromatographic analyzer with a standard sample.
This year, the plant strengthened analysis, measurement and calibration management and special kerosene quality control.
The technical quality department of the factory carefully verifies the quality control indicators of special jet fuel, LIMS analysis data, and original additive records every quarter, and continuously summarizes the core technologies in the refining, hydrorefining process and molecular sieve dewaxing process.
In particular, they conducted on-site inspections on the additive site and warehouse of the special jet fuel production device, and strictly identified and managed the details of the ledger.
So far this year, the factory has calibrated 130 instruments and equipment, and the measurement of the factory products is accurate.
