The association was jointly initiated and established by Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group Co.

Gu Zongqin, chairman of the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, pointed out at the inaugural meeting that Jincheng is the country’s largest concentration of nitrogen fertilizer production, and the city’s coal chemical industry is also the mainstay of Shanxi’s coal chemical industry.

Jincheng City Government Deputy Secretary-General Yang Jinzhong said that Jincheng, as an important fertilizer industry base in Shanxi Province and the whole country, has an annual production capacity of 4 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 6 million tons of urea, and 2 million tons of methanol

Zhang Jinqiao said that the association will focus on building a bridge between enterprises and the government, solving problems for member enterprises, and doing a good job in self-construction, and accelerate the adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the coal chemical industry in Jincheng
