Jilin Petrochemical has made new breakthroughs in carbon fiber research

On November 22, Jilin Petrochemical Carbon Fiber Factory reported that after continuous research by scientific researchers and perseverance day and night, the precursor yarn of the plant achieved continuous full-station operation, and successfully wound and received long-shaft precursor shaft products, and achieved the best results
of long-shaft wire under the full station since the establishment of the factory.

It is understood that in order to accelerate the development of Jihua's new carbon fiber industry, at the beginning of this year, Jilin Petrochemical listed the "carbon fiber new product development and application" project as one of the company's "2022 unveiling key research projects", clarified the assessment indicators for 1K carbon fiber new products, refined the schedule of each node, and established a goal
for the domestic industry.

1K carbon fiber products are mainly used in civil drones, sports and leisure and other fields, because of the fine tow, low output, relatively difficult to process

Faced with the topic of 1K carbon fiber new product development and mass production, Jihua researchers took advantage of the production gap to actively organize scientific research and achieved expected results, and began to enter the substantive production stage
in October this year.

Due to the fine 1K precursor tow, strict index control, and various technical indicators are still being explored, it is extremely
difficult to control production.
In the early stage of operation, equipment debugging and parameter adjustment led to frequent wire breakage problems

The factory concentrates its capable forces, strengthens production control, implements the 24-hour on-site duty mechanism of technical cadres, holds a technical analysis meeting at 18 o'clock after shift every day, studies and solves problems encountered in production, and timely follows up the operation status and makes adjustments
.
Under the watchful and careful operation of cadres and employees day and night, the operation of the device quickly stabilized, the phenomenon of precursor wire breaking was significantly improved, and the full station operation and successful long shaft wire
were realized.
As of November 15, the precursor has set a new record
for 13 batches of full station operation and lower long shaft wire in a start-up cycle.

Although breaking through the new high of the precursor operation station is only a small leap, it contains the unremitting pursuit of several generations of Jihua researchers, and interprets the "heavenly spirit" of Jihua "
