    said it will provide photovoltaic modules
    for a 246 MW photovoltaic park project of DTEK, an energy group in central Ukraine.

    Seraphim said that the 330-watt PV modules of the PV park will be delivered
    on-site in Dnipropetrovsk at the end of August.
    China Machinery and Equipment Engineering Corporation (CMEC) is responsible for general contracting activities
    for engineering, procurement and construction.

    Seraphim pointed out that this will become the largest renewable energy power plant in Ukraine, which can avoid 300,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions
    per year after operation.

    Ukraine aims to reach 11%
    renewable energy consumption by 2020.
    According to Seraphim, Ukraine is one of
    the company's most valuable markets.

    In early June, the Ukrainian government announced that it would review a bill on the introduction of competitive renewable energy auctions for wind and solar energy parks
    in 2019.
