Introduction to the C3 project
The main construction body of the first phase of Sinochem International Carbon Tertiary Industry Project is Jiangsu Ruiheng, and the construction site is located in the National Eastern, Central and Western Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone
in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province.
With propane dehydrogenation as the leader of the industrial chain, the propane dehydrogenation unit, as the core device of the first phase of the carbon tertiary industry project, will help it become the only PDH-produced propylene development "phenolone-bisphenol A" product chain in China, the only PDH self-produced propylene, comprehensive use of hydrogen to develop HPPO and hydrogen peroxide ECH product chain
.
Extend downstream to build C3 derivative plants
for propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, phenolacetone, and bisphenol A.
The project realizes the mutual supply and comprehensive utilization of upstream and downstream raw materials in the industry, the joint construction and sharing of public auxiliary facilities, and fully taps various resources to achieve efficiency enhancement and chain
supplementation.
Project construction content
It mainly includes the new 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation plant, 550,000 tons/year cumene plant, 650,000 tons/year phenolacetone plant, 240,000 tons/year bisphenol A plant, 400,000 tons/year propylene oxide plant, 600,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide plant and other ancillary facilities
.
After the completion of the project, it can achieve an annual output of 600,000 tons of propylene, 550,000 tons of cumene, 402,000 tons of phenol, 248,000 tons of acetone, 240,000 tons of bisphenol A, 400,000 tons of propylene oxide, 600,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide, and 25,000 tons of hydrogen, 34,000 tons of liquefied gas, 02,000 tons of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons, 12,000 tons of dirty benzene, 03,000 tons of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 16,000 tons of propylene glycol, 11,000 tons of propylene glycol monomethyl ether, and 06,000 tons of propylene glycol isomethyl ether
