A few days ago, the General Office of the Jiangsu Provincial Government issued a three-year action plan for "Strengthening Industry Chains", clarifying that it will take three years to focus on cultivating 50 key industrial chains, strengthening 30 of them, and promoting 10 of them to achieve excellence.
According to the "Action Plan", by 2023 , Jiangsu's industrial chain will achieve "four batches", that is, strive to create a batch of national-level advanced manufacturing clusters with benchmarking significance, and create a batch of strong international competitiveness.
The "Action Plan" requires that focus on 13 advanced manufacturing clusters and strategic emerging industries, implement the 531 industrial chain progressive cultivation project, and use three years to focus on cultivating 50 high-concentration, rooted, advanced and possessive industries.
Jiangsu Province will implement a system for linking provincial leaders with advantageous industrial chains, establish a system for linking provincial leaders with 30 advantageous industrial chains, and set up a special class for strong industrial chains.
The "Action Plan" proposes to compile a tree diagram of the industrial chain and establish a bank of about 500 core enterprises in key links of the industrial chain .
Jiangsu Province will jointly establish a key core technology research project database, and use methods such as the disclosure system to support leading companies to take the lead in making breakthroughs in the industrialization of key industrial chain "stuck neck" technologies.
In addition, Jiangsu Province will implement more than 50 strong foundation engineering projects, build 200 provincial-level demonstration smart workshops , 50 smart factories , cultivate 20 key industry supply chain cloud platforms, and add about 10 new industrialized industries above the provincial level.
