According to the total processing flow of the whole plant, the propane dehydrogenation unit of this project mainly produces high-quality and low-cost propylene monomer, which provides raw materials for the downstream acrylonitrile unit, and the excess propylene products are exported; the acrylonitrile unit produces acrylonitrile products, and the by-product HCN is sent to MMA unit is used as raw material, and by-product waste acid is recycled into SAR recycling; MMA unit produces MMA products, and by-product waste acid is recycled into SAR recycling (this new SAR device is the same as the existing SAR process in the factory, and the SAR device is rebuilt for use) pure oxygen, other processes remain unchange.
