Sinochem News News on August 2, learned from the General Office of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government that in order to effectively play the supporting and leading role of scientific and technological innovation and accelerate the promotion of the green and low-carbon transformation and development of industries in Jiangsu Province, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology jointly issued "Jiangsu Province Carbon Dafeng Carbon Neutral Science and Technology Innovation Special Fund Management Measures (Provisional)"

The general provisions of the "Administrative Measures" propose that the provincial finance should set up a special fund for carbon neutral science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province

Among them, the frontier basic research is to carry out research on major scientific and technological issues in the frontier field of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and to promote the formation of original scientific research results that lead the development of green and low-carbon technologies.
