Japan's Awaji Island will assemble offshore wind power equipment about 150 meters high in the port of Suhonto, and on the morning of July 2, it will start tugboat operations
off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture.
As a result of the recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) will build offshore wind power plants off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture as part of the "Fukushima Floating Offshore Wind Farm Demonstration Research Business
.
" Considering the depth of the water and the surrounding environment, the first offshore assembly business
in Japan will be carried out on the coast of Sumoto Port in early May.
The 51-meter-wide and 48-meter-high floating body floats at sea, and in this regard, a tower with a height of about 86 meters and a windmill
with a diameter of about 126 meters is installed.
The electricity generated is 5,000 kilowatts, and the huge windmills will be completed
by offshore wind power plants.
On that day, four tugboats were connected by ropes and headed south to Osaka Bay
at a speed of 6-8 kilometers per hour.
If it goes well, it will reach Fukushima Prefecture
on the 8th.
