The domestic largest displacement pumping pump was successfully tested
A few days ago, the 83/44 large-displacement thickening pump, independently developed by the second oil production plant of Tahe Oilfield, was successfully
tested in the TH12150 well.
The pumping pump is matched with the ground 1000 belt pumping machine, the depth of the well is 2509 meters, the maximum theoretical displacement can reach 179 cubic meters, the daily output of the well is 145 tons of mixed liquid, the daily output of crude oil is 90 tons, and the pump efficiency reaches 100%.
This pump type is based on the original improved 70/32 large displacement pump, further optimized and improved, on the one hand, increase the diameter of the upper plunger, pump displacement is 63% higher than the conventional 70/44 pump, and 25% higher than the 70/32 large displacement pump; On the other hand, the idea of lateral oil inlet is adopted to reduce the resistance of heavy oil into the pump and improve the full degree of
the pump.
In the process of field test, the technical personnel brainstormed, demonstrated the test plan for many times, and carried out the optimal combination of large pumping machine - two-stage rod and column combination - large displacement pump, and the 83/44 large displacement pump is currently the largest displacement pumping pump
in China.
The 83/44 large-displacement pumping pump independently developed by the plant has been successful
since February 6 after nearly a month of testing in the Thahe TH12150 well.
With its advantages of large displacement and high anti-heavy oil performance, this pumping pump not only lays the foundation for the future replacement of 120 square displacement electric pumps in the oilfield, but also has become a major progress in
the lifting technology level of ultra-heavy oil rod pump in Tahe Oilfield.
