It is reported that Thailand's Indorama (Indorama) recently said that the company has completed the previously announced acquisition
of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and semiphthalic acid (PIA) assets of Cepsa's chemical subsidiary in Spain.
These units are located in San Roque
, Spain.
Indolama said the company had completed the formalities for the transaction and had officially taken over the assets
on April 7.

The acquired assets in San Roque include PIA with an annual capacity of 220,000 tons, PTA of 325,000 tons and PET of 175,000 tons, as well as 230 employees
