Berry acquires British RPC
Previously, American plastics manufacturer Berry Global Group Inc.
Announced that all issued and upcoming ordinary shares of RPC Group, including RPC debt
, will be acquired at 793p per share.
The transaction, valued at $6.
5 billion, is customary and is expected to close
early in the third quarter of 2019.
