Lubrizol Texas Polyisobutylene Project Breaks Ground On
March 22, Lubrizol broke ground on its new Polyisobutylene (PIB) plant in Deer Park, Texas
, USA.
The construction of the plant is one of the company's previously announced 10-year phased investment plans to continuously transform its additive infrastructure
