Maoming Petrochemical developed and produced new products of polyethylene powder coatings

Recently, the new product MLPE-8250 of high-melt linear polyethylene powder coating developed by Maoming Petrochemical has achieved the first industrial trial production in the full-density polyethylene plant, and the first batch of products is 382 tons
.

The product is developed according to user needs, the main performance is equivalent to imported similar products, melting index up to 50g/10min, good fluidity, better environmental stress resistance than high-pressure polyethylene powder coating material, products are produced in powder form, can simplify the user's production process, reduce user energy consumption, focus on the powder coating industry, as well as for the production of masterbatches, injection products, the price is more than 600 yuan / ton
higher than the general material.
