Establishment of a joint venture

According to foreign media recently, ExxonMobil will establish a joint venture with Agilyx called Cyclyx International
.
Cyclyx International will focus on increasing the recycling rate of plastic waste, collecting and pre-treating plastic waste to meet the technical requirements of a range of recycling processes while ensuring reliable raw materials
are provided to customers.

The joint venture combines
Agilyx's expertise in plastic waste conversion with ExxonMobil's technical expertise and large petrochemical manufacturing network.
As part of the agreement, Cyclyx will provide plastic waste feedstock
for ExxonMobil's advanced recycling program.
ExxonMobil owns 25 percent of Cyclyx and Agilyx holds the remaining 75 percent
.
In addition to supplying plastic waste to Agilyx's customers and ExxonMobil, Cyclyx is committed to providing feedstock solutions
for a range of recycling programs to other customers.
