Kemira
has announced that it will merge the company's municipal and industrial and oil and mining divisions into a new industrial and water treatment division, with a new business structure that will include two business units: pulp and paper (2016 revenue: €1.
45 billion) and industrial and water treatment (€910 million).

The target implementation date for the new organizational structure is June 1
, 2017.
From the second quarter of 2017, Kemira will publish financial figures
based on the new business structure.
The adjusted financial figures for the newly formed business units will be released
by the end of June 2017.
This plan adjustment will improve efficiency and save the company 15 million ~ 20 million euros per year, and this plan is expected to be fully implemented
by the end of 2017.
