Evonik and Forward Engineering form a joint venture
Evonik has recently established VESTARO GmbH with Forward Engineering to promote the implementation of composite solutions for the industrial series production
of fiber composite components for the automotive industry.
The joint venture is jointly managed by both parties, with Evonik holding 49 percent and Forward Engineering holding 51 percent
.

Headquartered in Munich, the joint venture's core competencies include technical consulting, selection and adaptation of resin formulations to meet customers' specific requirements
for efficient manufacturing.
