Solvay Veradel?HC PESU materials meet the high requirements
of medical devices, Solvay announced the launch of Veradel?HC A-301 polyethersulfone resin (PESU).
Compared to other high-temperature, transparent polymers on the market, this medical-grade polymer retains transparency and stiffness at high temperatures with better
processability.
Target applications include housings for medical diagnostic equipment, internal structural parts, monitors and filter devices, and products for biopharmaceutical processing such as viewing holes and quick connect heads

Veradel?HC A-301 PESU further enriches Solvay's portfolio of transparent sulfone polymers, including Radel Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) and Udel Polysulfone (PSU), which have long proven their superior performance
in high-end medical devices 。 Solvay's new medical-grade PESU has the highest temperature resistance and high flow properties comparable to Radel?Brother PPSU, making it ideal for injection molding thin-walled parts and parts with complex geometries, and its hardness is the highest
of all medical-grade sulfone polymer materials.
