    The Analysis and Testing Center of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology has recently made a breakthrough in the detection technology of other rare earth impurities in high-purity single rare earths, becoming the only laboratory
    in China that can directly detect the content of other rare earth impurities in high-purity single rare earths without separation.

    It is understood that because the chemical properties of 15 rare earth elements are very close, detecting the content of other rare earth impurities in high-purity single rare earth has always been a problem

    At present, other coexisting rare earth impurities are detected in high-purity cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, and erbium, and can only be determined
    separately after separation by special columns, or by isotope determination, and calculating and correcting the analysis results.
    The measurement steps are cumbersome, there are many influencing factors, and the accuracy and precision are greatly affected

    After the investigation of modern detection and analysis instruments, on the basis of a large number of scientific experiments and comparison of detection methods, the center has established a method for directly accurate and rapid detection of other rare earth impurities in high-purity single rare earth without separation, so that the detection technology of other rare earth impurities in high-purity single rare earth has made a breakthrough
