The proposed provisions include: As of January 1, 2016, no person shall manufacture, sell, or supply infant formula or baby food in plastic containers/cans containing BPA in Arizona; and children's containers containing BPA (cups or spill-proof bottles designed for use by children 5 years of age and younger).
Before December 31, 2015, if it can be proved that the following conditions can be proven: plastic containers/cans, etc.
were purchased or obtained before the entry into force of this law; If the number of containers/cans purchased or acquired is comparable to that purchased or acquired during the same period of the previous year, the inventory may be sold or distributed in that State
