Oman and Shell sign interim upstream gas agreement Oman and Shell recently signed an interim agreement

to develop a gas area in Zone 6.
The agreement includes investments in oil and gas, as well as resources
that will be used for domestic projects in Oman.
Oman Petroleum Development (PDO), Oman Oil Company and Total also signed the agreement
as partners.
The agreement will integrate upstream projects from Shell and Oman Petronas with a planned natural gas liquefaction plant
.
