Taiwan officially implemented the revised TCSCA

Taiwan officially implemented the revised Taiwan TCSCA on December 11
.
The revised TCSCA adopts a model similar to the EU REACH, requiring those who manufacture or import a certain number of designated pre-existing chemical substances each year to complete the registration of pre-existing chemical substances within a specified period; Those who manufacture or import new chemical substances complete the registration
of new chemical substances before production or importation.
According to the tonnage and substance type of new chemical substances manufactured or imported each year, the login types can be divided into standard login, simple login and small login
type.
Manufacturers and importers can complete the obligation
to register chemical substances through agents in Taiwan.
