For a long time, domestic acrylonitrile plants generally use the method of incineration to treat wastewater, but the process cost is high, the energy waste is serious, and the invention patent of Qilu petrochemical acrylic plant makes up for the shortcomings
of the existing process.
They separate the organic components carried in the wastewater from the wastewater, and then send them to the acrylonitrile plant for all recycling, reducing the loss of raw materials, intermediates and products, reducing the amount of wastewater generated, saving 3500 tons of fuel oil and 43%
