of cryogenic separation technology in domestic polyethylene plants.
The system not only has simple technological flow, convenient operation and control, less floor space, which is conducive to reducing the consumption of the device, but also realizes clean production, has good economic, environmental and social benefits, and is expected to create an effect of about 5 million yuan
for the company every year.
The polyethylene cryogenic separation device transplants the non-powered ammonia recovery technology to the polyethylene tail gas recovery, and the system adopts a multi-channel circulating expansion process, sufficient cooling capacity, and can effectively recover hydrocarbon components without external input power
