The key technology of pyrolysis gasification co-production carbon passed the identification
Recently, the key technology of multi-channel pyrolysis gasification co-produced carbon products of agricultural and forestry residues developed by the Institute of Forest Products Chemistry of China Forestry University has passed the identification
of scientific and technological achievements organized by the State Forestry Administration.
This technology is at the international leading level
in the application of biomass gasification heating in activated carbon production and the application of solid carbon products produced in the gasification process.
The project mainly uses agricultural and forestry biomass as raw materials, adopts oxygen-rich medium, catalyst and other technical means to change gasification products and product quality, prepares biomass gas, biomass charcoal and other energy products through high-temperature pyrolysis gasification reaction, and comprehensively uses by-product biochar to prepare formed carbon/activated carbon products to realize the comprehensive utilization of
biomass energy and materials.
The project pioneered the conical fluidized bed biomass gasification technology and equipment, and the developed production system has self-slag discharge function, good sealing, stable operation and high operation flexibility; Innovative development of biomass oxygen-enriched technology and tar cracking composite catalyst, greatly improved the calorific value
of gas.
In addition, the project also realized for the first time the optimal coupling production technology of co-producing solid carbon products with high carbon content in the biomass gasification process, developed steelmaking industry insulation agents, processed formed carbon and prepared high-quality activated carbon using carbon products, improved the economy of the application of biomass gasification technology, and opened up a new way
for the comprehensive utilization of biomass renewable energy conversion.
