Recently, Jinmei Jinfeng Wenxi Company completed the technical transformation
of the 5# particle size gas generation furnace in the 80,000 tons/year system gas production section.
After the completion of the technical transformation, the gas production capacity increased from 3,000 cubic meters / hour to 5,000 cubic meters / hour, the consumption of white coal decreased by 10 kg / ton NH3, and according to the calculation of 30,000 tons / month synthetic ammonia production capacity, the monthly consumption of white coal can be saved by 300 tons, equivalent to economic benefits of about 300,000 yuan
.
Moreover, the bed resistance is significantly reduced, the gasification layer is stable, the process indicators are easy to control, and the furnace condition is significantly improved
.
The technician found that the single furnace gas generation was small, mainly because the installation position of the furnace coal bunker was at the end of the belt conveying, and the foam coal on the system belt was easy to flow in, resulting in high resistance of the gas-making furnace bed, uneven distribution of gasifier, and serious
deviation of the gasification layer.
Therefore, they made a vertical square hopper that can accommodate 2~3 tons of foam coal, designed the pipeline to the hopper in advance and added a filter screen, so as to avoid the foaming of raw coal into the coal bunker
of the gas making furnace.
