A few days ago, the industrialization production line of wide working temperature denitration catalyst of the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is being planned, one of which is expected to be installed by the end of this year, and continuous commissioning and industrialization
will be completed by May next year.
After the successful industrialization of this new process, it will promote the application of flue gas denitration catalysts in the field of power industry and industrial combustion flue gas treatment, form a new set of technologies linking steel, titanium dioxide and environmental industries, create considerable economic and social benefits, and also promote the upgrading of China's flue gas denitration catalyst production technology, providing core technical support
for meeting the "burden reduction" of most of China's coal-fired flue gas denitrification.
At present, the R&D and application of the project are progressing smoothly, and intermediate tests have been completed, covering the whole production process
of titanium tungsten powder carrier, powder catalyst and commercial-scale honeycomb denitration catalyst from titanium ore and low-grade titanium resources.
The project team has applied for 4 domestic invention patents (1 authorized) and international PCT patents, and has attracted many "olive branches"
from the industry.
