Recently, the heating furnace in the normal decompression workshop of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company has successfully put into operation after using furfural to extract residual oil, using furfural to extract residual oil by about 1.
2 tons per hour, reducing the use of vacuum residue oil by more than 50%, and increasing the daily efficiency by 7400 yuan

The workshop has been using self-produced vacuum residue oil as the fuel oil
for the heating furnace.
Vacuum residue can be used as a catalytic raw material for the production of gasoline, diesel, liquid hydrocarbons and other products, with high
added value.
The workshop decided to introduce lubricating oil processing waste - furfural extraction oil as fuel oil for the heating furnace, and to modify
the fuel oil line of the heating furnace during this year's overhaul.
However, the temperature and viscosity of furfural pumping residual oil are low and large compared to the vacuum residue oil, and it is easy to cause coking
of the fire nozzle when it enters the heating furnace directly.
To this end, 2 heat exchangers were added to the workshop, so that the furfural pumping oil into the device was first exchanged with the normal second line oil, and then entered the heating furnace
after reaching a certain temperature.
