Fujian developed insect repellent agricultural film masterbatch

Fujian Modified Plastics Technology Development Base uses high-efficiency and low-toxicity insect repellent (three compounds, fifenolon, acetamiprid, and double formamidine), PE wax dispersant, calcium silicate heat preservation agent, silane coupling agent, ultraviolet absorber, EVA resin as raw materials, and adopts coating and dispersion, coupling treatment, mixing and blending, extrusion and granulation to prepare masterbatches
with insect repellent functions.

In addition, the masterbatch can be added to LDPE resin at a ratio of 3%~4%, made of film by blow molding process, used for farmland cover planting vegetables and melons and fruit crops, due to the slow release of insect repellent in the film, it can effectively expel pests such as flying insects, leafhoppers, leafroller insects, vegetable green insects, red spiders, etc.
, reduce agricultural production costs, avoid direct contact between pesticides and vegetables and fruits, greatly reduce the use and residue of crop pesticides, and help improve crop yield
