Recently, the phosgene polycarbonate (PC) complete set of engineering technology device developed by the Institute of Computer and Chemical Engineering of Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Gansu Yinguang Company has passed the continuous production assessment for 72 hours and produced qualified products
.
Based on this core technology, the project team successfully developed a PC process software package of 20,000 tons/year, which has significant social and economic benefits
for breaking the monopoly and blockade of polycarbonate manufacturing technology in foreign countries and promoting the development of China's national polycarbonate industry.
The R&D team of the Institute of Computer and Chemical Engineering of Qingke University worked closely with Gansu Yinguang Company to study the key processes and process units of phosgene polycarbonate through theoretical analysis, simulation optimization, field testing, small-scale test and other means on the existing polycarbonate pilot plant, and completed a series of research and development work
。 They have successively built experimental equipment for phosgene polycondensation to make polycarbonate, polycarbonate washing and separation small test and pilot plant, as well as polycarbonate injector vapor precipitation pilot plant with an annual output of 1000 tons, polycarbonate fluidized bed drying small test device and pilot plant, and conducted pilot experiments on polycarbonate pneumatic conveying, and obtained the best operating parameters
of polycarbonate pneumatic conveying.
Based on these research results, several patented technologies
for phosgene polycarbonate production have been formed.
