Liaohe Petrochemical Company has recently successfully produced high-quality No.
20 hard asphalt
.
This is another high-modulus, rutting-resistant and shear-resistant asphalt material successfully developed by Liaohe Petrochemical
after AH-50 asphalt, extremely cold asphalt and extremely cold asphalt base material.

Liaohe Petrochemical Company conducted two industrial experiments
of No.
20 asphalt products on October 16 and October 25 respectively.
An authoritative professional testing institution evaluated 4 barrels of No.
20 asphalt samples sent by Liaohe Petrochemical, and its penetration degree, softening point, ductility and other indicators met the quality requirements
of No.
20 hard asphalt.

The product was developed at the request of
Beijing Sylma Road Material Maintenance Company.
Previously, Sylva has been using asphalt imported from the United States as a raw material to produce fog sealed asphalt
.
Because its requirements for asphalt penetration, softening point (3-7 ranges), hardness, adhesion performance, anti-wear performance, penetration ability with matrix asphalt, and matching with emulsifier are higher than ordinary hard asphalt, domestic products that meet its requirements cannot be provided
.

In order to successfully produce high-quality No.
20 hard asphalt that meets the requirements of Sylva Company, Liaohe Petrochemical Company organized relevant departments to hold the No.
20 heavy asphalt production seminar, screened more than a dozen crude oil resources, demonstrated the feasibility of producing No.
20 asphalt according to the distribution of the distillation range of the outlet of No.
90 asphalt, prepared the No.
20 asphalt production experimental plan, arranged the test time, analyzed and tracked the product quality, and finally achieved success
