Composite low/phosphorus-free water treatment agent saves water and is environmentally friendly
The application research project of low phosphorus or phosphorus-free water treatment pharmaceutical formula completed by Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Technology Center has passed the appraisal
recently.
The project developed a composite low-phosphorus and non-phosphorus-free water treatment agent formula that meets the local water quality characteristics, and solved the problem
of detecting the chemical content of water treatment in the circulating water system.
The water treatment center of Baling Petrochemical Technology Center has developed a compound chemical formula through dynamic simulation test verification, and the water treatment chemical products produced are compound water treatment agents, and the small amount of washer water generated can be recycled as compound water for reuse, which can save a large amount of production water
.
Low or no phosphorus water treatment agents can reduce or eliminate phosphorus emissions
when used in process circulating cooling water systems.
The formula has been industrially applied in polypropylene circulating water stations of the Synthetic Rubber Division and circulating water stations of the cyclohexanone Division, respectively, with good
results.
