    The combination technology of sulfide DAs-1 arsenic decorator/DZF-1 reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst independently developed by China Petrochemical Research Institute has been successfully applied in the 600,000-ton reforming unit of Harbin Petrochemical Branch, and all product indicators meet the feeding requirements of the reforming unit, and the performance of the catalyst meets the provisions of
    the technical agreement.

    The application results show that with straight-run naphtha as raw material, the combined technology can reduce the arsenic content from 130~150g/kg to less than 1g/kg, and the processing capacity, reaction temperature, sulfur and nitrogen content and bromine price all meet the requirements of the reforming unit, which effectively ensures the long-term stable operation
    of the reforming unit.

    The reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst is used to remove sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, arsenic and other impurities in the reforming raw oil, which plays a vital role
    in ensuring the normal operation of the reforming unit and prolonging the service life of the reforming precious metal catalyst.
    According to the index requirements of reforming precious metal catalyst used in Harbin Petrochemical's 600,000-ton reforming unit, the Daqing Center of Petrochemical Institute carried out technical research on
    the application of reforming pre-hydrorefining catalyst in accordance with the index requirements of reforming precious metal catalyst used in Harbin Petrochemical's 600,000-ton reforming unit.
    They use modification technology and preparation technology to improve the distribution state of active components and improve the performance
    of hydrodesulfurization, nitrogen removal and olefin saturation reactions.

    At the same time, in response to the problem that the 600,000-ton reforming plant of Harbin Petrochemical did not set up a sulfur injection port, and the conventional oxidation hydrogenation catalyst could not be vulcanized in the reactor, and only a pre-vulcanized hydrogenation catalyst could be used, the researchers of Daqing Center developed a combination technology
    of sulfide DAs-1 arsenic decorator/DZF-1 reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst.
